Dammit all to hell… Just when I needed somehappy times, my laptop shows up. Only problem is, there seems to be a bad connection between the video card/mobo and the monitor. So instead of seeing my crystal clear picture, I get crappy blue smear all over the place. And letters on the screen and the mouse seem to have a white shadow in these areas. Super de Duper!
So, apparently they are sending out a technician to take a look at it (and I am on the phone with Dell Tech support right now – on hold of course), but that could take 2-3 days. And what if it is not something that the tech can fix? I wait another 2 weeks for a replacement?
GRRR! I guess the good news here is that if bad things happen in 3’s, I have reached the quota.
